As a child, I loved to explore. I loved to collect. I’d find things that I deemed to be “odd” or “unique.” Things that strayed from the ordinary. There was always a curiosity to figure out how things ticked or progressed if I watched them long enough.

Now, as an artist, I love capturing the beauty of processes that are often deemed unsightly. To see things that are often overlooked or blatantly ignored and hidden from our minds. I believe that there is beauty to be found in these veiled aspects of life. The processes of this world are extraordinary, and they should be recognized for being so. I believe it takes more than one medium to fully explore this world, and the complexities that exist within it. Therefore, I have challenged myself to learn and employ as many processes, and techniques as I can. I wish to be able to communicate the beauty I see in these processes via my artwork.
